New name, same award-winning care as Accelerated is now Arrow Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Arrow Physical Therapy

After serving the community with exceptional physical therapy services for the past 10 years as Accelerated Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, we are proud to announce that our practice will continue to offer the same level of care to patients with our new name, Arrow Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.

Patients already familiar with our award-winning practice who have come through our doors and experienced benefits over the years can take comfort in knowing that while our name is different, all other aspects of the practice will remain unaltered.  This means owner Amit Gaglani, PT, OCS and all of our physical therapists will continue our dedication to providing a variety of effective services at our three locations in Edison, Woodbridge and Union, where we’ll help reduce your pain and get you moving properly again.

Mr. Gaglani started Accelerated PT&R in 2004 with an office in Rahway and built the practice on the foundation that the key to the healing process begins with an effective interaction between skilled professionals and patients.  The practice has grown significantly over the years, and with the addition of a Union office in July of 2013, now stands strong with three locations to serve communities in Union and Middlesex counties.

Our excellence over time has been recognized with a host of awards and accolades, most recently including the “Best of the Best-Reader’s Choice Award” for 2013 in Home News Tribune, as well as a Top 5 award winner in “Best Physical Therapy Practice in the Nation,” according to Advance Magazine.

Continuing to grow with the name change, the arrow is a fitting symbol meant to indicate not only how to find your destination, but to point you in the right direction along the most efficient path to accomplish your goals.  We at Arrow PT&R are excited to guide you in this process and are committed to helping you reach your target.

No matter what your condition, we have a solution that will work for you.  Arrow PT&R offers a wide variety of services, and by first identifying the source of your problem, we’ll create a customized treatment plan that will lead to the fastest and most effective results.

We’ve recently added dry needling (acupuncture-like treatment for muscle tension) and Active Release Technique® (patented procedures for overuse injuries) to our extensive list of services offered at Arrow PT&R, which includes:

  • Pre-/post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Spinal rehabilitation
  • Sports rehabilitation
  • Massage or hand therapy
  • Neuropathy or neurological rehabilitation
  • Worker’s compensation
  • Pregnancy and post-pregnancy rehabilitation
  • Vestibular/balance rehabilitation
  • Graston Technique®
  • Pediatric rehabilitation

We at Arrow PT&R look forward to serving you under our new name, and welcome new and existing patients to visit us at any of our three locations, where you can count on us to point you in the right direction and get you moving pain-free once again.
